Enjoy the Marbella life in our holiday home in the Urbanization Bahía de Marbella, a few meters from the Alicate beach, awarded with the blue flag by the European Foundation for Environmental Education.
Also very close to the house is Los Monteros beach and the Rio Real golf course, if you fancy a relaxing day there is the beach club La Cabane and if you want to taste the Mediterranean and international gastronomy there is Trocadero Arena, El Mangaleta, Hipopotamos Beach, Nosso Summer and Bono Beach.
The property is distributed over 4 floors, on the ground floor is the living-dining room with a chaise-longue sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a dining table with space for 4 people and a fireplace. The kitchen has all the appliances and everyday kitchenware: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and table linen. And a guest toilet.
On the first floor are the two en-suite bedrooms with their own dressing room. The master bedroom has a double bed, a balcony overlooking the garden and pool and a bathroom with bath and shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds with a balcony and a bathtub in the bathroom.
On the first floor is the terrace/solarium with barbecue, an outdoor dining table and sunbeds.
On the ground floor there is also a covered terrace with a sofa and an outdoor table and a garden with direct access to the pool.
On the basement floor is the exclusive garage of the property.
Our property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen and bath towels, for a small fee we have beach towels, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your personal items. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
The urbanisation has two swimming pools, sunbeds and a garden with palm trees.
