The beautifully decorated holiday home is located within walking distance of the beach, where you will find good restaurants and beach bars such as Triana Marbella, Portofino Restaurante, Symbad or Sugar Bay Marbella. You can enjoy golf courses, such as Santa Clara or Rio Real, 5 minutes away by car.

The apartment is on the second floor, built on one level. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views of the community pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.

At the entrance you have the fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchenware.
