This cozy apartment, with a private parking place, is located in the urbanization Hacienda San Manuel in Marbella, in the area of Elviria. Marbella is one of the most beautiful, lively and elegant towns in Andalusia. The apartment is 12 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Marbella – Las Chapas beach. This beach is very spacious, nearby the prestigious Don Carlos and Marriott resorts, and has several fantastic beach clubs, such as Casanis and The Beach House. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are just a 5 minute walk away. In addition, a 5-minute drive away is the Amazonia adventure park and the Elviria shopping center with stores, restaurants and terraces.
The center of Marbella is 15 minutes away by car (12km), the famous Puerto Banus is 23 minutes away and some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (such as Marbella Golf Club, Santa Maria, Santa Clara) are less than 10 minutes away. The international airport of Malaga is 45 km away.
