Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom vacation home in Costabella, just 150 meters from the beach and 10 minutes by car from Marbella and 15 minutes by car from Puerto Banús.
Costabella is close to many golf courses and has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Marbella, and is known for its excellent chiringuitos and beach clubs. There are also two supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, so a car is not really necessary.
The beautiful house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level you will find the living-dining room, the kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and 1 bathroom.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the main one has a 180x200m bed and the other a 140x200m bed. The 3rd bedroom has two 90x200 single beds.
On the third floor there is a nice terrace with beautiful views of the sea and a small table with 2 chairs.
All bedrooms have blinds, to make sure you have a good rest.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a bathtub with shower curtains, a sink and a toilet.
The other 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub with shower curtains, toilet and sink.
We provide towels, bedding and beach towels, so you only need to bring your personal items for your vacation at our beautiful Costabella vacation home.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television with international television channels in all languages.
There is also high speed WIFI available in all rooms.
The dining room has a table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a fridge, freezer, multifunctional oven, microwave, stove, filter coffee maker, toster and a water boiler. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, etc.
There is also direct access from the kitchen to the beautiful terrace with a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, to enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends.
The house is fully air conditioned so you can adapt the heating and cooling in each room.
In addition, the rent includes 2 parking spaces directly in front of the building.
Guest access
