Ground floor apartment in first line beach complex las arenas, Bahia de Marbella

Sleep listening to the sound of the waves! The master bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (150 × 200 cm), the second and third bedroom have double beds 140× 200m. All bedrooms have an additional sofa bed. We provide bed linen and bath towels for your stay, so you only need to bring your personal items.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, it is equipped with a bathtub with glass shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, which is also equipped with a bathtub with glass shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

The living-dining room is very cosy and nicely decorated. It consists of a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV. Through the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace with the outdoor sofa and to the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. There is a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.

Through the kitchen you can access the large private garden with lots of privacy.

The flat is located in the beautiful area of Bahia de Marbella, less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella and the old town of Marbella. As it is directly on the beach, in less than a minute walk you can be on the promenade and only a few minutes by beach you can reach the restaurant La Mangaleta. Puerto Banús can be reached in 12 minutes by car and Malaga airport in approx. 35 minutes by car from the holiday flat.

Las Arenas is a beachfront apartment complex with tropical gardens, green areas, two communal swimming pools for adults and a smaller children’s pool (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability).

The flat has a very convenient access as you can park your car directly in the garage in front of the entrance door of the flat.
